Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Develop scalable CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, automated build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments and services.
  • Improve cloud infrastructure to achieve high availability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency while supporting evolving product demands.
  • Implement and enforce security and compliance standards, including vulnerability scanning, patch management, policy enforcement, and incident response automation.
  • Automate system provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Packer and Ansible to ensure consistency, repeatability, and reduced manual intervention.
  • Partner with development teams to embed DevOps best practices, refine workflows, remove delivery bottlenecks, and accelerate release cycles.
  • Monitor and improve system performance and reliability using proactive observability, logging, alerting, and root cause analysis practices.
  • Oversee and evolve infrastructure architecture, ensuring resilience, scalability, and understanding of platform and enterprise technology standards.
  • Provide operational support and technical leadership, resolving complex infrastructure issues, mentoring team members, and reducing single points of failure.

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

  • 5 years of hands‑on experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE role supporting business‑critical production systems.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design, including maintaining and evolving complex pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Git-based workflows.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Packer to deliver reproducible, secure, and scalable environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (compute, networking, storage, security) with experience designing for high availability, and cost optimization.
  • Linux administration and troubleshooting expertise, including system configuration, performance tuning, and managing secure, production‑grade environments.
  • Solid scripting and automation skills using languages such as Python, Groovy, Shell, or Windows Batch for operational tooling and platform automation.
  • Demonstrated experience with security and compliance practices, including vulnerability management, OS and middleware patching, and incident response processes.
  • Hands‑on experience with observability and operations, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance of complex troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting enterprise‑grade infrastructure and databases, with the ability to manage installations, patching, upgrades, and performance issues in shared environments.
  • Collaboration and ability to partner with development teams, provide technical leadership, and reduce knowledge silos and single points of failure.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
