About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Director, Revenue Operations to build and lead the strategy, systems, and processes that drive Fundraise Up’s revenue growth. Reporting to the CFO, this leader will own the revenue operations strategy and ensure alignment across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance.

As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll leverage data, process excellence, and technology to deliver predictable revenue, tighter cross-functional alignment, and an exceptional customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the company’s revenue operations strategy to support growth and scalability
  • Align sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to maximize acquisition, retention, and expansion opportunities
  • Design, implement, and manage sales compensation structures, quotas, territories, and commission plans that drive performance, ensure fairness, and align with financial goals
  • Standardize workflows and processes across GTM teams to improve efficiency, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates
  • Manage and optimize the revenue tech stack (CRM, analytics tools, automation platforms) to support scale
  • Partner with Finance to deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance models
  • Define KPIs, establish accountability, and create visibility into revenue performance
  • Lead, mentor, scale, and inspire a high-performing Revenue Operations team with a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in Revenue or Sales Operations roles in high growth B2B SaaS, with at least 5 years leading teams
  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in related field
  • Demonstrated experience designing and managing sales compensation and commission plans that drive performance and align with company goals
  • Strong command of forecasting, metrics, and data-driven decision-making
  • Proven track record of design of designing scalable processes that align sales, marketing, customer success, and finance
  • Expertise with Salesforce, analytics tools, and revenue tech stacks
  • Track record of building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams
  • Experience working with founder lead
  • Track record of scaling founder-led organizations by driving alignment and cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing and customer success
