We need an English-fluent Project Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who’s constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagement from the start by facilitating project scoping and gathering detailed requirements with both internal and external teams.
- Define comprehensive project parameters, including objectives, deliverables, success criteria, timelines, and necessary resources.
- Develop and maintain robust, detailed project plans, ensuring direct alignment with overarching strategic business goals.
- Oversee all day-to-day project activities, including the assignment of tasks, tracking of progress, and prompt resolution of issues.
- Enforce rigorous project governance and ensure clear lines of accountability are established across all working streams.
- Ensure seamless project delivery by coordinating efforts among technical leads, developers, QA specialists, and operations teams.
- Drive team cohesion and alignment by facilitating regular stand-up meetings and status updates.
- Maintain high standards of documentation, quality, and knowledge transfer.
- Proactively identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies before issues arise.
- Escalate only critical issues, providing thorough impact analysis and well-defined proposed solutions.
- Manage and enforce change control processes and rigorous scope management to prevent schedule delays and scope creep.
- Monitor, track, and report on key project metrics, including budget adherence, schedule variances, status, and scope changes.
- Create and present executive-level dashboards and project updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Ensure complete project documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer necessary for smooth post-project support and transition.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, consulting or professional services.
- Demonstrated, successful experience managing complex, large-scale projects, particularly in infrastructure, cloud, or data platforms.
- Deep practical knowledge of various project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and traditional frameworks.
- Skilled proficiency with industry-standard project management tools, such as Jira.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale data, cloud, or digital transformation programs.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $3,500 - $4,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
