Job Description
We’re looking to hire support agents to handle incoming calls and emails. The job will be five days a week, full-time (40 hours).
Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve and maintain an excellent reputation with our client base
• Work to ensure satisfaction of our clients
• Provide excellent email, phone, and live chat based support
• Schedule and provide client walkthroughs or training sessions upon client request
Job Requirements:
• Customer service experience
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to use proper spelling, punctuation, and grammar when writing emails
• Good communication skills on the phone
• Self-starter that is both reliable and committed
• Ability to quickly learn a number of new websites and software programs
• Software and website support desired
This is a remote position.
