Responsibilities
Identify and assess customersโ needs
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools
Communicate promptly, professionally and effectively with customers, utilizing all communication methods โ including email, phone and chat
Accurately update customer records and feedback in CRM systems
Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with the Product teams
Stay informed on product updates, promotions and regulatory requirement
Native or near-native Portuguese (C1 - C2) with good English (B2)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong technical aptitude and confidence using digital tools
Ability to handle inquiries professionally and follow compliance guidelines
Flexible to work rotational shifts, including weekends
Based or able to relocate to Greece
โฌ1,045 gross/month ร 14 salaries per year
