Job Description
The main purpose of the Account Director (Digital Marketing) is to take ownership of client relationships and lead the execution and delivery of marketing services across multiple accounts, while building and optimizing the operational backbone of the marketing function.
As an Account Director at Hustler Marketing, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across Paid Media, Email Marketing, and SEO, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring that all services are delivered to a high standard. This includes leading client communication, aligning internal teams, and driving performance across accounts.
This role is structured as a progression into full ownership of the marketing department and, over time, broader operational leadership. You will initially take over existing clients from the CEO and gradually evolve into a key operator responsible for systems, processes, and team performance.
The Account Director will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with internal marketing specialists and other departments to ensure smooth execution, high client satisfaction, and scalable operations.

General Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of a portfolio of active clients across Paid Media (Google, Meta, TikTok), Email Marketing, and SEO
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all client communication and relationship management
- Leading client calls, reporting, and strategic planning discussions
- Ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal execution
- Coordinating and managing internal specialists across marketing channels to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Overseeing campaign performance and ensuring marketing activities are aligned with client goals
- Maintaining a strong focus on results, profitability, and client satisfaction
- Taking full ownership of the marketing function across assigned accounts
- Identifying upsell opportunities and growth levers within existing clients
- Improving reporting frameworks, communication standards, and delivery processes
- Gradually expanding responsibilities into broader operational areas, including cross-team coordination and process optimization
- Identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable systems and workflows
- Collaborating with other departments (e.g. web development) to improve overall service delivery
- Acting as an operational counterpart to the CEO, supporting the transition of client ownership and delivery responsibilities
- Contributing to strategic decisions related to growth, structure, and service development
- Supporting the long-term scaling of the agency’s operations, team structure, and processes
Positions Specs:
- Full-time commitment while meeting general availability requirements

The ideal candidate must have experience working in a digital marketing agency environment, with a strong background in account management and performance marketing across multiple channels.
You should have experience managing multiple clients simultaneously, coordinating internal teams, and driving measurable results through marketing strategies. A strong understanding of Paid Media, Email Marketing, and SEO is required.
You must be structured, results-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of both client relationships and internal processes. This role requires someone who is ready to move beyond execution into leadership, with the ambition to grow into a high-responsibility operational role
