ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa is a fast-growing global BPO, partnering with a US-based home care agency that provides healthcare support services across multiple states.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Compliance Coordinator to support employee record management and ensure ongoing compliance across the workforce.
This role is ideal for someone with an HR administration or recruitment background who is highly organised, confident on calls, and experienced in managing employee documentation and follow-ups in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM South African time – subject to daylight savings).
- Public Holidays: This role requires working on both South African and US public holidays (SA public holidays compensated in accordance with the BCEA).
- Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
- Power Backup: Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
- Work Environment: Fully remote (SA WFH).
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage employee compliance records, including licenses, certifications, and required documentation
- Track and follow up on expiring documents to ensure continuous compliance
- Contact employees (caregivers) via phone and email to obtain outstanding or updated documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within internal systems
- Accurately capture and maintain employee data within internal systems
- Utilise internal dashboards and reporting tools to manage compliance workflows
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company requirements
- Handle high volumes of follow-ups in a structured and deadline-driven environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2+ years of experience in HR Administration, HR Support, or Recruitment
- Experience with employee records, onboarding, or compliance/document management
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Confident and professional phone manner (comfortable making frequent calls)
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and follow structured processes
