ISTA Personnel Solutions is a dynamic, fast-growing BPO company providing dedicated operational support to U.S.-based clients. We are not a recruitment agency — we act as a direct extension of our clients’ teams, delivering high-quality service with precision, efficiency, and a personal touch.
We are currently recruiting for a Remote Talent Sourcer (Candidate Facing) to support a U.S.-based Homecare Agency operating across multiple states. This role is focused on building strong candidate pipelines by sourcing, screening, and maintaining a pool of qualified caregivers for future placement. Your goal is not to place candidates directly, but to ensure a consistent, high-quality pool of candidates is readily available for recruiters when new client requirements arise.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri 9:00am – 6:00pm EST (15:00 pm - 00:00 am OR 16:00 pm - 01:00 am South African Time, depending on daylight savings in the USA)
- Public Holidays: You will be required to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays. Compensation for South African public holidays will be provided in accordance with the BCEA.
- Internet Requirements: Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download), and support for a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Candidates without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
- Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding or outages. Candidates without backup cannot be considered.
- Work Environment: Fully remote

Key Responsibilities
- Posting job advertisements using pre-approved templates across job boards.
- Screening inbound applicants via short phone interviews.
- Assessing candidate suitability based on defined criteria.
- Building and maintaining a pool of pre-qualified candidates.
- Accurately updating and managing candidate records in internal systems.
- Ensuring all candidate information is complete and correctly documented.
- Working closely with recruiters to support hiring pipeline needs.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years’ experience in sourcing or recruitment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear, fluent English.
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage high volumes of applications efficiently.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable following structured processes and workflows.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
