Job Description

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential functions satisfactorily:

  • Learn and master controlled substance order management
  • Keep documents filed in an accurate and timely manner.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Gather receiving paperwork and create transfer documentation for relocation.
  • Identify customer orders in business software to be fulfilled by newly arrived products.
  • Perform checks to confirm all required regulations are met with available information.
  • Reach out to customer service or customer for any missing information.
  • When all checks confirmed, complete processing of order in business software and release.
  • File incoming paperwork for controlled substances as required.
  • Record required data on various trackers.
  • File shipping paperwork as required.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Able to use Excel, Word and SalesForce
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn IFS business system, US government regulations and requirements.

Preferred

  • Customer service and/or legal background

Additional Information

  • Pay Rate: $22/hr
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (50% onsite work)
  • Work Term: Part-Time
  • Work hour per week: 25 hours per week

Physical Requirements

  • While performing duties of this job, the employee may be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
  • The individual will experience repetitive motion due to use of computer
