Responsabilities 🧑💻
- Provide technical support to internal users and assist with new equipment setup.
- Resolve support tickets and incidents, escalating when needed.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot PC and notebook issues; coordinate repairs or replacements when required.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers when necessary.
- Create and maintain basic internal documentation for support procedures
- .Assist the Infrastructure team with operational tasks as needed.
- Keep IT inventory updated and support basic logistics coordination.
- Follow and help enforce IT security policies and best practices.
- Support or collaborate on simple automation of repetitive tasks.
💻Required Skills
- Graduates of Technical Support, Infrastructure, or related degree programs.
- +1 year of experience providing technical support.
- Experience and knowledge in notebook setup and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing and administering Operating Systems: Windows Server and Linux.
- Familiarity with VOIP tools or telephony platformsTechnical .
- English (reading and basic communication).
- Based in CABA/AMBA, with occasional availability to go to Muttdata offices.
- Awareness of IT security best practices.
🚀 Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, MariaDB, etc.).
- Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools or systems.
- Interest or basic knowledge in process automation.
- Experience administering Office 365 suite.
