This role provides technical leadership, pre‑sales expertise, and solution alignment to help partners position and operationalize Nexthink within Federal Modern Workplace and Digital Employee Experience initiatives. The TPM serves as the primary technical point of contact for assigned partners and ensures their success in building Nexthink-driven offerings.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Enable Federal Sis/partners to independently position, demonstrate, and operationalize Nexthink.
  • Facilitate design planning and integration for partner-driven engineered solutions
  • Provide pre‑sales support including demos, POVs, workshops, and solution design.
  • Support technical strategy for partner-led federal pursuits, proposals, and bid defenses.

The Role

  • Become a Nexthink SME and thought leader, demonstrating how the platform drives mission outcomes across Federal Modern Workplace and Digital Employee Experience initiatives.
  • Support Federal Partner Managers in preparing partner reviews, engagement plans, and opportunity updates.
  • Ensure Federal SI technical influencers and decision-makers stay informed about Nexthink features, roadmap updates, and design requirements.
  • Act as a technical advocate for partners, collecting federal-specific requirements, compliance needs, and feedback for Product Management and leadership.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Federal SI service offerings and Federal programs to identify where Nexthink can expand and add value.
  • Contribute to federal‑focused marketing content, such as case studies, white papers, and offering materials.
  • Help partner sales and solution teams qualify opportunities and map Nexthink capabilities to federal mission needs.
  • Deliver demos, POVs, and workshops that demonstrate how Nexthink supports Modern Workplace transformation and mission outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Federal Sis and identified regional partners with federal focus to design and enhance service offerings incorporating the Nexthink platform.
  • Lead technical enablement programs to ensure partners can sell, deploy, and operationalize Nexthink independently.
  • Work across IT Security, IT Operations, Endpoint/Workplace teams, and ITSM stakeholders to illustrate Nexthink use cases and mission impact.
  • Support large federal pursuits with technical solutioning, proposal content, and bid defense materials.
  • Represent Nexthink as a technical SME at federal events, partner forums, and industry engagements.
  • Collaborate with the Nexthink Federal field team on joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
  • Field-based role requiring domestic US travel to Federal SI offices and federal industry events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with a sales organization focused on value-based, outcome-driven selling.
  • Proven experience as a key technical resource introducing or scaling new technology within Federal or regulated environments.
  • Proven experience supporting sales organizations with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue-aligned objectives.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Digital Employee Experience, Modern Workplace, or End‑User Computing
    • Digital Experience Monitoring or similar end‑user experience functions
    • Windows 1011, O365/M365, and related migration or modernization projects
    • ITSM, ITIL practices, service lifecycle, or quality-of-service models
    • Security, compliance, or risk frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, Zero Trust, FedRAMP, IL Certification)
    • Designing or supporting monitoring/analytics solutions for secure or regulated environments
  • Demonstrated skills in complex technical solution environments.
  • Superior business acumen: able to translate mission needs into technical solutions and value.
  • Entrepreneurial, able to work independently with strong judgment while escalating appropriately.
  • Technologically savvy and able to quickly learn Nexthink products, services, and partner business models, particularly within the Federal SI ecosystem.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; confident working with senior technical and executive stakeholders.
