What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy.
- Generate leads to onboard new influencer partners, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships.
- Create content and briefs for influencers in assigned campaigns and manage influencer’s content schedules.
- Monitor and control campaign budgets to achieve set KPIs, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
- Contribute to refining internal processes for increased efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, influencer events, and news for continuous improvement.
- Implement new, creative approaches and channels to influencer campaigns.
- Provide support to an Influencer Marketing manager.
What We Expect from You
- Proven experience in influencer marketing and lead generation, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles including blogging, vlogging, and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM systems with strong analytical skills to track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance.
- Expertise in social media platforms, particularly YouTube, with additional experience in Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms considered an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Lithuanian, with strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to develop innovative influencer marketing strategies.
- Result-driven team player who can work both independently and collaboratively, with strong task-prioritization skills.

Gross salary in a range: 3200-4100€ / month (depends on your experience)
