About the role:
We are looking for highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineers to join a large-scale modernization initiative to transform legacy systems into modern cloud-native microservices.
You will become part of an engineering squad responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions using modern development practices, cloud technologies, and AI-assisted workflows.
This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about building scalable applications, collaborating in fast-paced environments, and leveraging AI to improve software delivery and engineering efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET and Angular
- Contribute to the modernization of legacy systems into microservices-based architectures
- Collaborate with architects, product stakeholders, and engineering teams
- Build scalable and maintainable cloud-native applications
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and delivery planning
- Write clean, well-tested, production-ready code
- Leverage AI-assisted development workflows to improve delivery speed and quality
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and development issues
Requirements:
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- .NET
- Angular
- Full Stack development
- Experience building and maintaining production applications
- Experience working with cloud-based environments
- Experience working within Agile teams
- Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development workflows
- Experience working with agents, agentic workflows, or AI-driven software development processes
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Claude and structured Claude-based development workflows
- Experience working with microservice architectures
- Experience with event-driven systems
- Experience modernizing legacy applications
- Experience working in distributed engineering teams
- Experience in veterinary, healthcare, animal health, or related industries
- Experience with Azure or AWS
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
- Valid US visa
- Willingness to travel to the US every 4–6 weeks if needed
