The team

The CRM and Integration team at SEEK is currently focused on driving a large-scale CRM transformation, enhancing integration capabilities, and supporting business efficiency and customer experience.

About the role

As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our CRM platform continues to evolve in line with business needs. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help shape how we use Salesforce to manage relationships, drive customer engagement, and deliver meaningful insights that support our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration, user access, permissions, and profile settings to ensure platforms remain always on and always safe.
  • Conduct regular audits and security reviews, addressing risks and executing mitigation actions aligned with SEEK’s data standards.
  • Perform proactive system maintenance—including release updates, health checks, and optimizations—to maintain platform stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess new requests, design solutions, and deliver configuration changes using Salesforce declarative tools.
  • Provide support and troubleshoot escalations or test queries, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.
  • Maintain sandbox environments, monitor user adoption and usage trends, and recommend improvements or feature enablement.
  • Document configurations and changes, contributing to continual enhancement of platform governance and technical best practices.

Qualifications

Skills and experience

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator (or higher), with ideally 2–5 years’ experience managing Salesforce Sales, Service, or CPQ Clouds.
  • Skilled in configuration and declarative tools (Flows, Approvals, Validation Rules, Formulas) to deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
  • Experienced in handling BAU support, investigating issues, troubleshooting, and proactively managing escalations.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, build reports, dashboards, and page layouts in Lightning.
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments, supporting continuous delivery pipelines and using the Atlassian Suite (e.g. Jira).
  • Analytical and customer‑focused, with a passion for continuous improvement and creative problem‑solving in complex contexts.
  • Adaptable and confident in making decisions amid ambiguity, maintaining a high standard of quality and user experience.
