Job Description
Job Overview
Hiring Co‑Pilot is the team building SEEK’s intelligent assistant that guides decisions, nudges momentum, and executes tasks to turn hiring intent into increased placements. Our purpose is to ensure every role move by guiding next‑best actions, surfacing timely insights, and safely automating the busywork (for e.g screening, scheduling, comms) so our hirers can focus on great decisions and hiring experiences. We want to turn intent into interview and interview into offer — faster, smarter, and with confidence.
This role will lead high‑quality discovery and iteration that helps Co-Pilot deliver faster speed‑to‑interview and better placement conversion.
This opportunity is available to suitable candidates in ANZ and Asia.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead discovery and define crisp, testable requirements for Co‑Pilot’s intelligent, agentic workflows and next‑best‑action experiences across the hiring journey, with clear success metrics tied to time‑to‑interview, offer momentum, and placement outcomes.
- Translate product hypotheses into scoped, incremental delivery slices; own backlog and iteration management (planning, refinement, tracking, reviews/retros) with strong instrumentation to validate outcomes and inform prioritisation.
- Orchestrate cross‑team delivery with Core, AIPS, Architecture, and Product: clarify dependencies, align data contracts/APIs and event models, and embed responsible‑AI guardrails (privacy/PII, safety, evaluation).
- Drive change readiness and adoption: partner with Design to protect intent and usability, prepare go‑live runbooks (UAT, cutover, comms), and manage RAID to ensure smooth launches and measurable impact.
Qualifications
So, what we are looking for:
- Proven experience in Business Analysis within technology, product, or digital environments — ideally involving system integration, automation, or workflow tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — especially in identifying automation opportunities and designing scalable integration solutions.
- Experience with integration design and implementation (e.g., APIs, event-driven systems, middleware, or microservices architectures).
- Stakeholder management expertise — able to communicate effectively between business, engineering, and third-party integration partners.
- Agile delivery experience, comfortable working with stories, backlogs, and iterative releases.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, including ability to create system diagrams, data flow maps, and process models.
Desired Values
- Hands-on understanding of automation platforms or integration frameworks (e.g., enterprise automation tools, iPaaS solutions, or internal APIs).
- Experience in the recruitment, marketplace, or SaaS sectors.
- Data-driven approach, using measurable outcomes to validate automation effectiveness.
- Change management and organisational transformation experience, especially in implementing automated solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills, with a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
