In this role, you can make an impact and grow with us as Tech Lead (Agent Frontend) (m/w/d):
You will take end-to-end technical ownership of the Recare Agent – our AI-native interface that orchestrates capabilities like Voice and Extract+Docs into reliable, compliant workflows for hospital environments. This is a highly visible product area where engineering decisions directly define user experience, reliability, and trust in AI-driven healthcare workflows.
You own the technical direction of the Recare Agent – from architecture decisions to roadmap execution and delivery predictability.
You lead the team as the technical backbone and escalation point, ensuring clarity, speed, and quality in execution.
You design and evolve the agent architecture, especially around agentic UI patterns and orchestration logic.
You enable the team through hands-on mentorship, code reviews, and removing blockers fast.
You drive reliability, performance, observability, and security across all agent workflows in a highly sensitive healthcare context.
You build and ship frontend systems using React and TypeScript, with a strong focus on scalable, maintainable architecture.
You collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to sharpen scope, manage trade-offs, and ensure predictable delivery.
You ensure production readiness through clear runbooks, stable releases, and measurable SLAs.

Requirements
Here’s how we picture you as our Tech Lead (Agent Frontend) (m/w/d):
You bring 6+ years of professional software development experience and have led and owned technical directions team outcomes end to end.
You have strong expertise in TypeScript and React and are confident building complex, stateful UIs with asynchronous or streaming-driven interactions.
You understand how to design, ship, and evolve frontend systems in a production environment with a strong focus on quality and maintainability.
You bring solid foundations in CI/CD and testing frameworks (e.g. Jest, Cypress) and a clear interest in deeper engineering topics such as pipelines, caching strategies, and performance optimization.
You think in systems and trade-offs, and you actively drive for simple, scalable architectures while maintaining a high bar for engineering quality.
You take ownership naturally – you act as a reliable escalation point, ensure clarity in execution, and help the team stay unblocked and focused.
You communicate clearly and effectively in a remote-first environment, with strong collaboration skills across Product, Design, and QA.
You care about security and privacy by design and are comfortable working in a healthcare context where reliability, compliance, and trust are critical.
You communicate confidently in English and are comfortable operating in an international environment.
