We provide virtual behavioral health services for women, supporting them through fertility, pregnancy, loss, postpartum, and early parenthood. Our clinical model combines specialized therapy, peer support, and medication management to treat common perinatal mood disorders like postpartum depression and anxiety. Patients in our program show significant improvement, with 94% seeing better symptoms and 90% feeling better after completion. Forty percent of members are accessing mental healthcare for the first time, and 92% are referred by their OBGYN.

We offer individual therapy with Masters-level clinicians specializing in maternal mental health, optional group therapy for community support, and expert medical evaluations with medication management from psychiatric nurse practitioners. Our app also provides reflective tools like guided meditations and journaling prompts. We partner with OBGYN clinics nationwide and health plans like UnitedHealthCare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna to make care accessible. While our primary focus is perinatal care, we may extend some services to perimenopausal and menopausal patients. We do not provide emergency support or care for conditions like Schizophrenia, Psychosis, or Bipolar disorder, nor do we complete paperwork for FMLA or disability programs.
