We are seeking a compassionate and experienced PMHNP to join our growing, mission-driven organization focused on providing high quality holistic mental health care to women throughout all reproductive life stages including perinatal to perimenopause. You will work with our clinicians and the Director of Medical Operations in this fully remote, part time W-2 position.
Our ideal candidate has at least one year of experience working with the perinatal population and some exposure to perimenopause patients. The candidate should also have at least six months of telehealth experience and is committed to having a profound impact on women’s mental health as this position is designed for PMHNPs who value high-quality care and want to grow with an early stage startup.
What you’ll do
- Provide comprehensive, holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model.
- Practice within a care model that prioritizes clinical quality and collaboration with the client’s Seven Starling therapist
- This is a contract, expected to average up to 10 hours a week.
- Conduct 60 minute intake and 20-30 minute follow ups using your clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length
- Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup environment, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices. .
Who you are
- Must be Board Certified NJ PMHNP in good standing
- Must currently reside in the state of New Jersey
- Nice to have at least 3 additional state licenses in our open | coming soon markets
- (Arizona, California, Colorado, DC/District of Columbia, Floridia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia) | (Wisconsin, Michigan, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and/or Massachusetts)
- RN Compact licensure preferredNo DEA required (We do not prescribe controlled substances)
- Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population
- 6+ months working in telehealth
- Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period
- Grounded in evidence based practices to inform treatment plans and guiding clinical care
- Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication
- Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup, contributing to evolving workflows while maintaining high quality mental health care
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and google suite, as well as an eagerness to learn new programs efficiently

Details
- Average 5-10 hours per week of patient - facing appointment time
- Contract Role; Flexible Schedule
- 100% Remote
$75 - $80 an hour
Psychiatric diagnostic evaluation: $ 80
New patient or outpatient visit, 45-59 minutes: $80
Established patient visit, 30-39 minutes: $40
Established patient visit, 20-29 minutes: $35
PRN admin time: $75/hr
