What will you do as a Danish Customer Consultant:
Be available to support customers via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
Handle customer requests with empathy, patience, and respect
Educate customers on how to use online self-service tools
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering first-class service
Enter and update customer details accurately in the system
Take ownership of issues and suggest improvements to processes
Native or C1 level of Danish
Advanced level of English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PC literacy (MS Office, internet tools)
Flexibility to work in shifts
Strong problem-solving and stress-management skills
Previous experience in customer service or online gaming is a plus
