This role focuses on after-sales support and customer experience. Youβll help clients solve technical issues, guide them through their digital journey, and ensure their satisfaction long after purchase.
Key Responsibilities
Provide top-level after-sales support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email.
Assist with troubleshooting, software navigation, and security settings.
Handle Apple ID, password recovery, and account management requests.
Advise customers on optimizing their devices and services.
Ensure a high-quality customer journey by resolving issues efficiently.
Collaborate with technical teams when needed to ensure case resolution.
Native or near-native Dutch speaker with fluent English (B2+).
Customer support or tech support experience is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine interest in technology.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Flexible with schedules (shifts may include evenings/weekends).
