German Customer Advisor

Job description

Are you fluent in German and passionate about helping customers? Join an international team providing top-quality support to users of a leading tech company. In this role, you’ll ensure customers have a smooth experience, resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their online orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
  • Handle sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
  • Work closely with internal teams, carriers, and financial institutions to resolve issues.

Proactively identify and escalate complex problems when necessary.

Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction across all channels.

  • Fluent in German (mandatory) and advanced English.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy.

  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently when needed.

  • Interest in professional development and performance metrics.

  • Remote working model in Portugal continental.
