Monitor and maintain IT equipment (inventory control, proper function checks, preventive maintenance).
Monitor system security and report potential issues.
Oversee and support online platforms used internally by the company.
Assist employees with daily IT-related issues regarding equipment and applications.
Monitor network and device connectivity (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, network devices).
Follow IT procedures and contribute to process improvements.
Collaborate with external IT partners or vendors when necessary.
Provision of light hardware support (pc, peripherals, etc.) and coordination with external service providers for repairs when necessary.
1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or similar role.
Basic knowledge of hardware and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, routers, switches, firewalls).
Cybersecurity knowledge.
Experience with Windows, Office 365, and cloud services.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Good communication skills.
