Are you fluent in Swedish and excited about the world of telecommunications? Join a leading international BPO and help customers navigate mobile networks, devices, and services - all while working remotely from Greece.

As a Swedish Customer Support Consultant, you will handle customer inquiries related to mobile networks, services, and devices via phone and chat, troubleshoot technical issues with clear step-by-step guidance, and assist with billing, plan upgrades, and account management. Additionally, you will support the business by performing light upselling and cross-selling of relevant products and services to enhance the customer experience and drive value.

The role of a Swedish Customer Support Representative requires:

  • Native-level Swedish

  • Advanced English

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Tech-savvy and adaptable

  • EU passport holder

  • Willingness to relocate to Greece (remote work after initial setup)
