B2B Demand Generation Marketing Manager (HubSpot)
Location/Type: Remote (U.S.) • Quarterly travel for on-sites/events
Pay: $85,000–$135,000 base
Schedule: Full-time

Role Snapshot
- First dedicated marketing hire
- Player-coach, department of one (for now)
- Build top-of-funnel demand for a complex B2B SaaS product
- Long sales cycles. Regulated industries. High trust required.
What you’ll do
- Build and run the marketing strategy from scratch
- Drive top-of-funnel MQLs for Sales
- Launch and manage email, outbound, and digital campaigns
- Set up MQL definitions, tracking, and reporting in HubSpot
- Partner with Sales on handoff, follow-up, pipeline quality
- Own brand voice, messaging, and positioning
- Manage outsourced marketing vendors and hold them accountable
Must-haves
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience
- Proven demand gen and lead creation ownership
- Hands-on with HubSpot or similar CRM/automation tools
- Experience as a department of one or early marketing hire
- Comfortable in ambiguity; self-directed operator
Nice to have
- SaaS experience
- Regulated industry exposure (energy, compliance, healthcare, gov)
- Long sales-cycle marketing experience
