Recruiting & Talent Analyst

Opportunity
We are hiring a Recruiting & Talent Sourcing Analyst to help source, assess, coordinate, and move candidates through active recruiting searches with speed, accuracy, and strong follow-through.
You will work closely with the internal recruiting team to identify qualified candidates, drive candidate engagement, support high-volume recruiting workflows, and help prepare strong candidate showcases for client submission. This role is not initially responsible for owning client relationships, but high performers may have a path into more responsibility over time.

What You Will Own
- Source qualified candidates across active searches
- Review resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and candidate backgrounds
- Conduct candidate outreach through calls, messages, and email
- Screen candidates for role fit, motivation, communication, and availability
- Coordinate interviews and next steps in the hiring process
- Prepare clear candidate summaries and showcases for internal review and client submission
- Use AI tools and internal systems to improve speed, accuracy, and quality
- Stay organized across multiple active roles and moving candidate pipelines
- Move quickly while protecting candidate quality
- Support the team in hitting placement, showcase, and time-to-fill goals
- Manage high-volume candidate screens, including 7–15 video interviews per day during peak hiring periods

Preferred Background

- Healthcare recruiting experience
- Technology or engineering recruiting experience
- Finance or accounting recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions
- Agency, staffing, RPO, startup, or high-volume recruiting experience
- Experience using AI tools or modern recruiting systems to improve speed and quality
Compensation
The expected total compensation range is USD 1,200–1,300 Monthly.
