- Role: Scrum Master / Product Manager (BI focus)

What you’ll do
- Lead all Scrum ceremonies (clear cadence, fewer blockers)
- Act as Scrum Master across 1–2 product teams
- Remove blockers fast to keep sprint velocity high
- Define roadmap with stakeholders (clear priorities)
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria (no ambiguity)
- Own backlog prioritization (value, impact, feasibility)
- Use BI tools to guide product decisions (real data)
- Track KPIs/OKRs and report progress clearly
- Align engineering, design, and business teams
Must-haves
- 4+ years Product Manager or Scrum Master experience
- Strong Agile/Scrum knowledge and facilitation
- Experience running Scrum ceremonies end-to-end
- Hands-on BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Data analysis → product decisions
- Strong stakeholder communication
Nice to have
- CSM or PSM certification
- Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Experience scaling agile across teams
- Worked with product, UX, and data teams
