About the Role
This candidate will be supporting e-commerce operations and creative production in a fast-paced environment. The position requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently while ensuring tasks are tracked and completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
Process and monitor daily orders, returns, and exchanges.
Coordinate and track inventory and stock transfers with warehouses and partners.
Provide timely customer service and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
Update website imagery and assist with product page updates.
Support retailer onboarding with catalogs and sales materials.
Create and adapt creative assets using Canva, Photoshop, and AI tools.
Develop basic marketing materials such as postcards, price lists, and one-sheets.
Provide administrative support to the CEO and operations team as needed.
English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
2+ years of experience with E-commerce platforms.
Experience with tools like Asana, Canva, Photoshop (or equivalent), AI tools, Google Sheets / Google Docs (or equivalent).
Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.

- Hourly rate starting at USD 1288$/month (final rate will be experience-based).
