Our client is a technology solutions company providing comprehensive IT services, digital marketing support, and cloud-based solutions for businesses. They operate with a professional, reliable, and customer-focused culture.
They are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for optimising digital marketing campaigns, including EDMs, social media, website updates, and creative content.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimise EDM campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Create, schedule, and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Manage and distribute internal marketing communications.
Assist with website updates, landing page creation, and basic CMS management (WordPress or similar).
Design marketing assets, including graphics, presentations, social posts, and digital ads.
Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
Track campaign performance, engagement, leads, and conversions.
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to plan, execute, and refine marketing initiatives.
Minimum 3 yearsโ experience in a digital marketing role.
Proficient in Canva and Adobe Suite for graphic design.
Experience with EDM platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot) and social media management.
Basic to intermediate web development/CMS experience (WordPress or similar).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
Creative, proactive, and results-focused mindset.
Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or the technology/IT sector is a plus.
