About the Role
We’re looking for a Community Manager (Candidate / VA) to engage and nurture Wing’s growing community of applicants and virtual assistants. This role ensures the candidate pipeline stays warm and active, reducing MIA drop-offs and improving conversion from application to onboarding. You’ll act as both a community builder and communication strategist — keeping candidates informed, motivated, and connected to the Wing brand throughout the hiring journey.
₱30,000 - ₱40,000 a month
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow online candidate and VA communities (social groups, chat channels, and talent hubs).
- Maintain consistent engagement campaigns to keep applicants warm while they move through the hiring and onboarding process.
- Implement re-engagement strategies for inactive or delayed candidates to minimize drop-offs.
- Share updates, opportunities, and success stories that promote participation and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams to align community messaging with recruitment goals.
- Track engagement rates, response times, and community growth metrics to measure impact.
- Gather feedback from candidates and VAs to identify common pain points and process improvements.
- Support referral drives, contests, and micro-events that strengthen community relationships and boost conversions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in community management, marketing, or candidate engagement.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Experience managing Facebook groups, Discord servers, or similar online communities.
- Organized, data-driven, and able to manage multiple engagement activities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with talent funnels, recruitment communication, or BPO hiring processes is a strong advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Background in recruitment marketing or candidate relationship management.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and engagement tracking tools.
- Experience hosting virtual events, webinars, or live Q&A sessions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas that resonate with remote professionals
