Executive Assistant - Part Time

Industry: Claims Adjusting, Actuarial Services
Schedule: 8AM - 12PM EST
Estimated start date: TBD
Key Task:
CRM and Customer Data Management - Use their CR, Hubspot, and maintain, update and tag the necessary information for the company.
Spreadsheet Updates and Data Validation - Managing large sets of data in Hubspot Google Sheets to maintain accuracy and integrity.
Tagging appropriate fields - systematically organizing, categorization, labeling of digital information to make data easily searchable, retrievable, and actionable for businesses.

VA English Communications according to:
- Reading/Comprehension: Very Strong
- Written: Very Strong
- Speak: Requests for the VA to have a strong command of the English Language + Neutral Accent
Technical Requirements:
• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
