And we’re looking for a Healthcare Virtual Assistant to start immediately!
Tasks:
- - Employee Navigator Administration (PRIMARY) - Setup, configure, maintain client groups, plans, rates, EDI feeds
- - Client Servicing - New hires, terminations, QLEs, coverage questions
- - Data Collection & Submissions - Census gathering, carrier/PEO submissions, follow-up
- - Open Enrollment - Coordinate renewals, enrollment windows, reconciliation
- - Producer Support - Proposal prep, quote organization, CRM maintenance
Must-Have Requirements
Employee Navigator expertise (hands-on setup/config experience) | https://www.employeenavigator.com/
2+ years benefits admin or insurance CSR experience
HIPAA compliant
9 AM - 1 PM CST availability
Group health insurance & PEO knowledge
Excel proficiency
Strong follow-up skills - relentless about closing gaps
Nice-to-Have
- Life & Health insurance license
- Multi-carrier coordination experience
- Open enrollment management across multiple clients
Software/Tools
- Employee Navigator
- CRM (benefits/insurance platform)
- Microsoft Excel
- Carrier portals & PEO platforms
Success Metrics
- Submissions complete and on-time with minimal back-and-forth
- Nothing falls through the cracks
- Clients feel well-serviced
- Producers can rely on pipeline movement
Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
Client Industry: Health Insurance Benefits Agency Salary: PHP 26,000/month (part-time rate)
NOTE: Salary is based on the client’s budget and is fixed monthly.
Schedule: 9 AM - 1 PM Central Standard Time
Location: 100% Remote/WFH Setup
