About the Role
We’re looking for an Instructional Designer to create and maintain high-quality learning materials, simulations, and assessments that power Wing’s training ecosystem. This role ensures all curriculum, modules, and graded simulations remain up to date, engaging, and aligned with evolving tools, processes, and client expectations. You’ll collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and program leads to translate complex operational workflows into clear, interactive learning experiences.
₱45,000 - ₱55,000 a month
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and update e-learning modules, simulations, and blended learning materials for new hire and ongoing training programs.
- Refresh existing training content to ensure alignment with current tools, workflows, and business standards.
- Collaborate with Trainers, QA, and Operations SMEs to define learning objectives and translate them into effective instructional materials.
- Develop graded simulations and scenario-based exercises that measure readiness and skill mastery.
- Maintain version control of learning assets and ensure timely rollout of curriculum updates.
- Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) to build learner-centric, competency-based modules.
- Partner with the LMS and L&D teams to upload, test, and monitor learning materials within the platform.
- Track learner feedback and performance data to refine course design and improve knowledge retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training content creation.
- Strong background in corporate learning, adult education, or process-based training.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Rise, Canva, or similar).
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design interactive and visual learning experiences for remote learners.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and version management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing simulation-based or system-training modules.
- Familiarity with LMS administration, SCORM/xAPI standards, and learner analytics.
- Understanding of Wing’s service lines (assistants, marketing, operations) and related workflows.
- Certification or coursework in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or Education.
