About the Role
We’re looking for a Sourcing Specialist to power our always-on recruitment engine, generating a steady flow of qualified candidates for various roles — from sales to generalist and specialized positions.This role thrives on creativity, speed, and consistency — engaging talent across channels through events, referrals, and online talent communities to ensure we always have the right candidates ready when hiring needs surge.
₱23,000 - ₱33,000 a month
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain an active sourcing pipeline by generating and nurturing candidate leads across multiple role types and time zones.
- Execute always-on sourcing campaigns via job boards, social media, recruitment events, and online communities.
- Manage referral drives and sourcing initiatives to expand internal and external candidate networks.
- Build and maintain talent databases and communities for recurring or high-volume positions.
- Pre-screen candidates for baseline requirements before endorsement to recruiters.
- Track sourcing productivity and conversion metrics (e.g., leads generated, screened, submitted, hired).
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring priorities, role requirements, and evolving profiles.
- Monitor and adapt sourcing strategies based on data insights and candidate engagement performance.
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and CRM/ATS tools.
- Excellent English communication and candidate engagement skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing pipelines simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work night and weekend shifts to support global hiring coverage.
- Proactive, metrics-driven, and resourceful in identifying new candidate sources.
Preferred Skills
- Experience organizing or supporting recruitment events or referral campaigns.
- Knowledge of talent community building, content engagement, or sourcing automation tools.
- Exposure to sales, operations, or marketing hiring pipelines.
