Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the sales and marketing initiatives of a fast-growing team-building, corporate training, and retreat planning company serving clients across the United States.
In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to help drive revenue growth through outbound outreach, marketing campaigns, content creation, and CRM management. The position combines sales support, digital marketing execution, and event coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once. You should be confident conducting outreach, supporting marketing initiatives, and maintaining organized sales processes within a CRM system.
This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be able to travel to San Diego for occasional in-person training, client meetings, or networking events, so a valid visa is required.
Responsibilities
Sales Support & Outreach
- Research and identify potential leads across target industries
- Conduct initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- Manage outbound prospecting efforts including follow-ups and cold calls
- Identify client needs and support qualification of opportunities
- Prepare and update sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data and activities in HubSpot CRM
- Create sales tracking reports and pipeline analytics within HubSpot
- Support calendar coordination for sales calls, meetings, and presentations
- Assist with proposal development and updates to sales materials
Marketing Campaigns & Content
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns
- Create and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Draft blog posts, newsletters, and promotional content
- Design basic marketing assets using Canva or similar tools
- Support email marketing campaigns and monthly e-newsletters
- Monitor campaign engagement and adjust strategies based on performance
- Assist with marketing strategy, branding initiatives, and competitor research
CRM & Marketing Operations
- Manage and maintain marketing and sales data within HubSpot
- Organize marketing contacts and segmentation for campaigns
- Track outreach performance and marketing metrics
- Maintain an organized library of marketing and sales assets
Events & Partnerships
- Support planning and promotion of virtual showcases and in-person client events
- Assist with trade shows, networking events, and sponsorship opportunities
- Coordinate logistics for marketing events and promotional activities
- Identify potential vendor partnerships and nonprofit collaborations
- Research new activities or experiences to include in program offerings
Administrative & Team Support
Support ongoing market research to refine messaging and targeting
Assist with sales and marketing projects as needed
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to support program delivery
Ensure sales documentation and marketing assets remain updated and org
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Experience supporting sales outreach or lead generation activities
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Experience creating marketing content for social media, blogs, or email campaigns
Basic design experience using Canva or similar tools
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong research and problem-solving abilities
Must have a valid US visa.

Experience working in event marketing, corporate training, or retreat/event planning

Experience coordinating networking events, sponsorships, or partnerships
Understanding of non-profit organizations and social impact initiatives
Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
Vacation: 10 business days a year
Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
