Job Description
The Commercial Enablement Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the global commercial team within the LGC Diagnostics and Genomics business unit. This role ensures smooth and efficient business operations by supporting key commercial functions, particularly Salesforce implementation, CRM maintenance, data integrity, and contract and pricing processes.
Working cross-functionally, the individual will contribute to the daily operation and optimization of sales tools and systems. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Compliance with company quality policies and global regulations is essential.
This role is open to remote candidates in the Unites States.
Areas of Responsibility:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
Essential Functions:
Contract Management
- Support the review, renewal, routing, and administrative tracking of customer contracts and agreements.
- Maintain contract databases and ensure pricing and terms are current and approved (e.g., Ironclad, Salesforce).
- Coordinate timely contract renewals in collaboration with the Contract Manager and/or legal team members.
Pricing and ERP Support
- Enter and maintain customer-specific pricing and terms in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, IFS).
- Monitor pricing accuracy and resolve discrepancies with cross-functional teams.
- Assist with pricing updates and data integrity audits.
Sales Enablement
- Provide sales teams with tools, resources, and support to improve efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date sales content and collateral within the Sales Resource Center.
- Support onboarding of new sales team members with training on systems and processes.
CRM (Salesforce) Support
- Maintain accurate account data in Salesforce, ensuring alignment with the ERPs.
- Provide user support and basic troubleshooting for Salesforce users.
- Assist with reporting and compliance tracking.
Master Data Management
- Support the creation and upkeep of customer, product, and pricing master data.
- Collaborate with IT, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and reliable data across systems.
General Commercial Support
- Respond promptly to inquiries from sales, customer service, and leadership.
- Generate and distribute reports and dashboards as needed.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Continuously assess and identify opportunities to optimize sales effectiveness through improved use of tools, training initiatives, and content delivery methods
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year in a sales, account management, or customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present to various audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Access.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and ERP systems (SAP, IFS).
- Comfortable using web-based tools and platforms.

Additional Information
The typical pay range for this role is:
- Minimum: $60,000 USD
- Maximum: $63,000 USD
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for the Minnesota based position. The actual base salary will depend on several factors such as: experience, skills, and location. This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus program. Participation in the bonus program is not guaranteed, and bonuses are awarded at the discretion of the company based on individual and company performance results.
