RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and content platforms
- Manage and update the company’s CRM system with accuracy
- Support the marketing team in administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and taking minutes
- Coordinate and publish content across various social media platforms
- Gather and analyze data for marketing reports and present findings to the team
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and adherence to project deadlines
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives
RESULTS
- Timely execution of marketing campaigns and projects
- Accurate maintenance of marketing databases and CRM
- Efficient coordination and management of marketing schedules and timelines
- Consistent reporting and analysis of marketing data to inform strategy
- High level of team support and communication, resulting in increased marketing effectiveness
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience/Eagerness to Learn:
- Previous experience in a support role within a marketing or digital agency is a plus
- Eager to learn and grow within the digital marketing domain
APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED:
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, GHL)
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Clickup)
