The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead our growing product marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy that supports growth across our product portfolio. You’ll oversee a growing product marketing team while also remaining hands-on in executing go-to-market initiatives, sales enablement, competitive positioning, and messaging frameworks for our business automation product suite. This is a hybrid strategic and tactical leadership role that blends vision with execution in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Own the overall product marketing strategy across product lines, ensuring alignment with company goals, market needs, and customer insights.
- Define the roadmap for the product marketing function, including priorities, resourcing, and team development.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and market, partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to shape positioning, pricing, and product development.
Team Management & Development
- Directly manage, coach, and support a team of Product Marketing Specialists, fostering growth and accountability.
- Set clear performance goals, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct regular 1:1s and development planning.
- Delegate responsibilities appropriately while remaining available to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Go-to-Market Execution – Business Automation Suite
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, updates, and new feature releases for our business automation products such as, but not limited to ERP, CRM and MES. Execution responsibilities will include copywriting, graphic support, webinar content development, email marketing and more.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation teams to build launch plans, messaging, and internal readiness materials.
- Ensure GTM initiatives are customer-centric, data-informed, and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Product teams to deliver high quality presentations during webinars and user conferences.
Positioning, Messaging & Content
- Develop differentiated, value-driven messaging frameworks and positioning across product lines.
- Oversee and create core product content including sale sheets, product webpages, customer stories, webinars, and pitch decks.
- Ensure messaging consistency and brand compliance across marketing, sales, product, and external communications.
Sales Enablement
- Equip sales and customer-facing teams with tools and training that improve conversion and deal velocity.
- Build and maintain battle cards, competitive intelligence briefs, and objection-handling guides.
- Collaborate on enablement sessions, GTM strategy meetings and QBR content.
Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor moves to inform strategy and sharpen positioning.
- Conduct win/loss interviews, market research, and internal interviews to derive actionable insights.
- Partner with Revenue and Product teams to assess product-market fit, usage trends, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B technology or SaaS. Specific experience in marketing to the chemical and process manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience leading individual contributors and teams.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling product marketing programs, from strategy through execution.
- Results-driven with a growth mindset and a strong focus on continuous learning and improvement.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting compelling, differentiated narratives.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Canva, or similar marketing/product tech stacks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
