About the Role

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a UK Enterprise Sales Senior Director who will manage all enterprise sales in a specific region (UK/Nordics/MAE) for the company and will support the sales strategy and plan to meet new customer and partner revenue goals.

This is a full-time position based remotely in the UK, preferably in the London area.

What You’ll Do

  • Grow NEMEA (UKI, Nordics, Middle East and Africa) Enterprise revenue by around 40% YoY
  • Support the development of Enterprise sales playbooks for the enterprise sales organization to support our shift to an upstream, land and expand, consumption-based business model
  • Partner closely with BDM, Partner, Marketing and Technical pre- and post-sales teams on the enterprise GTM strategy including: target market, value proposition, competitive advantages, product roadmap, marketing strategy, partner strategy and business development strategy
  • Standardize a repeatable sales processes around forecasting, metrics for success, outbounding (direct and through partners), and funnel creation to scale a productive and accountable commercial sales team
  • Uplevel, hire, and scale the Regional enterprise sales team Hire and coach - create an environment of team efficacy and continuous scale and improvement
  • Establish process to drive the repeatable sales motion with playbook
  • Emphasize training programs using Command of the Message and MEDDPICC
  • Get stuck in with key customers and deals to drive the business forward and ensure value realization

Skills We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of large enterprise software sales experience and well-developed pattern recognition for navigating complex organisation
  • Experience managing high performing teams with a similar up and coming Enterprise GTM motion
  • Proven experience selling into large Enterprise Organizations preferably Global 2000 and/or Fortune 500

  • A natural leader who through gaining respect of the team, motivates individuals to take a high level of responsibility and accountability for personal success and professional growth
  • Able to listen and learn from team, “learn together, let’s figure this out”

  • Proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving and task execution
  • Driven, energetic and a good communicator - leadership mindset
  • Significant contribution to the success of a high-growth software company
  • Ideally experience in the Data and Modern Data Stack space
  • Ideally experience with consumption based pricing models
