About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, can translate business needs into clear diagrams and documentation, and communicates effectively with both engineers and customers.

This position will be responsible for leading the requirements and solution design for a chatbot migration project with a major bank, ensuring clarity, alignment, and successful delivery.

Your Impact

  • Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements from banking stakeholders, ensuring regulatory and compliance considerations are addressed.
  • Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications, including process flows, diagrams, and solution documentation.
  • Act as the key liaison between business users, engineers, and customers—ensuring mutual understanding and smooth collaboration.
  • Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and solution discussions to explore win–win alternatives.
  • Promote research, collaboration, and well-thought-out technical design as the foundation for successful systems.
  • Help evaluate new technologies and determine their suitability for the banking chatbot migration project.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Work with banking stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine business requirements for the chatbot migration project.
  • Create clear business process models, workflows, and system diagrams that guide engineers and are easy for customers to understand.
  • Collaborate with technical lead and engineers to design feasible solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
  • Support testing and validation by defining acceptance criteria and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
  • Facilitate regular discussions, reviews, and updates with customers and internal teams on requirements, solution scope, and potential risks.
  • Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation and alignment with project goals.

Your Ideal Profile

  • Thai national only
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in software development, implementation, or system integration projects).
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications and diagrams.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Experience engaging with difficult customers and handling challenging discussions diplomatically.
  • Familiarity with project delivery methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the banking industry.
  • Hands-on experience with chatbot projects or other large-scale, complex solutions.
