Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Design and develop 3D mechanical concepts and detailed part lists for customized machines and tools used in advanced assembly lines;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure mechanical designs meet technical, functional, and operational requirements;
- Lead mechanical concept development, integrating innovative solutions with manufacturability, reliability, and ease of maintenance;
- Manage product data using our Product Data Management (PDM) system (Autodesk Vault);
- Conduct on-site acceptance testing at supplier facilities to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards;
- Ensure equipment availability and readiness across key industrialization milestones.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
Education
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine or equipment development;
- Proven experience with 3D CAD mechanical design (Autodesk Inventor or similar);
- Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems; Autodesk Vault is an advantage;
- Experience with tolerance chain definitions for tooling and machinery.
Know-how
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles, manufacturing processes, and industry standards;
- Ability to translate complex requirements into robust mechanical solutions.
Languages
- Fluent in spoken and written English.

- Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional international teams;
