We manage the daily investment operations for funds, including hedge funds, private equity, real estate, infrastructure, private credit, co-investments, secondaries, carried interest vehicles, registered funds, and structured products. This involves executing investment decisions, preparing documentation, overseeing operations, and ensuring AML compliance.

We provide fund accounting and related analysis, manage client deliverables, and support audits and regulatory reporting. Our legal teams handle fund formation, structuring, maintenance, and governance for various investment funds. They advise on U.S. securities laws and review client materials for regulatory compliance.

We coordinate marketing and fundraising to grow our institutional and private wealth channels, focusing on product positioning and client communication. We also manage all tax aspects of our fund tax business, including global compliance, reporting, and complex tax structures. Our credit secondary investment activities involve due diligence, valuation modeling, and transaction execution. We support compliance functions, including regulatory filings, governance materials, policy development, and interactions with regulators.

We have a hybrid/onsite work structure, requiring employees to be in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Some roles coordinate a third day with management. We value initiative, high integrity, and precision, especially in our sophisticated asset management setting.
