Job Description
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join Ignitis Eesti team where you’ll be focusing on expanding the usage of our public EV charging network. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Identifying and engaging B2B clients to promote the use of Ignitis public EV charging stations
- Conducting market research and preparing businesses for electrification, providing education, sharing insights, and experiences
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers to expand our charging network and negotiating the best possible terms for the construction of the charging station
- Seeking additional business development opportunities
- Performing comprehensive market and customer needs analysis, generate and implement ideas to optimize the offer and proposed solutions
- Continuously improving product knowledge, present the product and related innovations to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience in a full closing role
- Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
- Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Capability to independently approach decision makers
- Strong oral and written communication skills in Estonian and English
- Ability to multitask, work both independently and in a team, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage key stakeholder expectations
- B category driving license
