Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist who will establish and optimize procurement processes, ensuring maximum efficiency, transparency, and cost savings. This role is not only about organizing procurement activities but also about acting as a strategic partner for business teams worldwide โ€” accelerating operations, securing the best terms, and minimizing risks.

WHAT YOUโ€™LL DO ๐Ÿš€

Procurement & Negotiations

  • Organize end-to-end procurement processes: from request to supplier selection.

  • Lead negotiations and tenders with suppliers to achieve the best prices, discounts, and conditions.

  • Re-negotiate contracts to improve commercial terms.

  • Ensure transparency and compliance in all procurement activities.

Contracts & Performance Control

  • Oversee procurement contracts, ensure their validity, and track key deadlines.

  • Monitor supplier performance, SLA, and KPI compliance.

  • Update and align contract terms with business needs and regulatory changes.

  • Prevent risks of penalties, disputes, or delivery delays through proactive controls.

Process Analysis & Optimization

  • Consolidate purchasing needs across departments to leverage economies of scale.

  • Identify and propose new cost-saving initiatives and solutions.

  • Accumulate procurement processes to reduce manual workload and increase transparency.

  • Prepare reports on procurement efficiency, savings achieved, and process improvements.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE ๐ŸŒŸ

  • 5+ years of procurement experience (international environment preferred).

  • Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.

  • Knowledge of contract law and procurement best practices.

  • Process-building mindset with a focus on transparency and efficiency.

  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • English B2 or higher.
