Know our team
Nutrition International’s Human Resources team is a dedicated global team of human resource experts. The team manages the day-to-day operations as well develops and implements HR programs, policies and practices that support the achievement of our corporate strategy and drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. We are a global organization with headquarters located in Ottawa, and regional offices in Africa and Asia. Currently, Nutrition International is seeking applications for a HR Analyst, Learning & Development to be based in Ottawa, Canada.
About you
You are someone currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. You have strong organizational and analytical skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communications skills both verbal and written in English are required. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
Fluency in English the native level is required.
About the role
In this role you will:
· Support Learning Initiatives: Assist in the development, coordination, and evaluation of training programs and workshops.
· Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and data entry related to learning and OD activities.
· Research and Analysis: Conduct research on best practices, industry trends, and emerging tools in learning and organizational development.
· Reporting: Help prepare reports and presentations based on training outcomes, participant feedback, and project progress.
Other duties as required.
