What we are looking for:
A driven and mission-focused Travel, Expense and Credit Card Specialist to administer and support the organization’s travel, expense reimbursement, and credit card programs.
Expectations of this role:
- Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee expense reports
- Promote compliance with company policies and IRS regulations
- Provide employee training and support
- Serve as the primary liaison with travel-related vendors and service provider
Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience with corporate travel, expense reimbursement, and credit card programs
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
- Working knowledge of accounting software to preferably include Concur and SAGE/Intaact
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills
- Strong working knowledge of standard expense procedures, including, but not limited to the processing of expense reports
- Ability to understand and interpret vendor invoices and other varied source documents
- Ability to utilize an automated accounting system and to format and generate reports
- Keen attention to detail and ability to follow and complete detailed processes
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and appropriately handle confidential information
- This is a remote position located in the US requiring the ability to travel up to 5%

Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this full time position, the hourly rate is projected to be between $21.50-$26.50/hour.
