Responsibilities
In this recruitment manager role, you will have to:
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients
- Hire, onboard, and train a recruitment team
- Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted recruitment partner
- Work closely with senior management to define pricing, positioning, and growth strategy
- Personally manage key roles and clients, especially in the early stages
- Design and implement recruitment processes, KPIs, and best practices
- Coach recruiters on sourcing, interviewing, and client management
- Create a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven team culture
To become the recruitment manager we are looking for you must have:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, ideally in an agency environment
- Background in generic / multi-specialty recruitment
- Strong business development experience within recruitment
- Ability to build processes and structure from scratch
- Comfortable working hands-on while also leading a team
Nice-to-Have:
