  • Market Localization: Collaborate with global Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback on local market requirements, ensuring our platform meets Japanese technical and compliance standards
  • Partner Enablement: Act as the technical lead for our Japan Partner Network, providing training and technical support to help partners successfully position and sell the platform
  • Industry Leadership: Stay current on the evolving Digital Workplace and Employee Experience landscape to act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • You thrive in ambiguity and are excited by the challenge of building a brand from the ground up in Japan
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales, specifically handling Enterprise or Strategic accounts
  • Strong understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Hands-on experience with REST API integrations and data transformation
  • Deep knowledge of Identity Providers (IdP) and authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, SSO) and Active Directory
  • The ability to simplify complex technical narratives for non-technical HR or Communications stakeholders while maintaining credibility with IT and Security teams
  • Native-level Japanese (verbal and written) and Business-level English are required to bridge the gap between local customers and our global headquarters
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field

What You’ll Get

  • The opportunity to shape the future of our presence in Japan as one of the founding team members
  • Access to cutting-edge SaaS tools and a collaborative, innovative environment
  • Competitive salary, stock options, and benefits tailored to the Japanese market
  • A chance to work with a globally distributed team while building something extraordinary in Japan

If you’re ready to lead the charge in transforming internal communications and enabling partners in Japan, we’d love to hear from you.
