Business Development Representative

And we’re looking for a Business Development Representative to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage inbound sales opportunities from prospective beauty brands.
- Conduct video meetings and demos with prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and determine fit.
- Present the company’s distribution/Retail Connect service.
- Follow up consistently with prospects.
- Manage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Close new client deals.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Help improve sales scripts, processes, and sales structure when needed.
- Coordinate the handoff of closed clients to the Account Manager.
- Handle the meeting and conversion process rather than simply booking appointments.
Qualifications:
- Strong full-cycle sales and closing experience.
- Genuine interest or knowledge in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, haircare, or fragrance.
- Excellent and fluent English with clear articulation.
- Confident, professional, and highly presentable on video.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Comfortable handling inbound demos, follow-ups, and closing.
- Reliable internet connection for video meetings.
- Strong preference for candidates seeking a long-term opportunity.
- Comfortable working with UK clients and hours.
- Comfortable using HubSpot, Bitrix24, and learning proprietary systems.
- Female candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Working Webcam
- Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule and Location:

Location: Remote
Salary Package:
PHP 40,000 – PHP 43,000 per month
