About the Role
We’re looking for an English & Communication Coach to help Wing’s virtual assistants and staff elevate their communication effectiveness — ensuring clarity, tone alignment, and professionalism in both written and spoken English. This role focuses on email and voice communication coaching, expectation-setting with clients, and the establishment of a structured ESL upskilling program to raise overall communication standards across the organization.
₱35,000 - ₱50,000 a month
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 and group coaching sessions to improve clarity, grammar, and tone in email, chat, and voice communication.
- Assess assistants’ communication patterns and provide actionable feedback for client-facing professionalism and confidence.
- Design and implement an ESL upskilling curriculum tailored to Wing’s business communication needs (tone calibration, active listening, business writing).
- Collaborate with L&D and Operations teams to identify communication gaps and integrate improvement modules into onboarding and ongoing training.
- Develop and manage assessment tools to measure communication progress, fluency, and client-readiness.
- Provide shadow feedback and coaching based on recorded or live client interactions.
- Create learning materials, micro-courses, and self-paced activities for ongoing communication improvement.
- Track and report on coaching outcomes, fluency scores, and communication improvement trends.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in communication coaching, ESL instruction, or language training — ideally in a corporate, BPO, or remote environment.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with a strong grasp of tone, clarity, and professional correspondence.
- Experience coaching individuals on client communication, email writing, and expectation-setting techniques.
- Strong facilitation and feedback skills with the ability to coach across different skill levels.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple learners or cohorts.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM configuration, workflow automation, or project management systems.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, LMS tools, and competency frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset for assessing trainee performance and learning trends.
