What You’ll Be Doing– Act as a true partner to the AE by helping move deals through the sales cycle — confirm meetings, follow up on action items, and provide added context to make every handoff smoother and every touchpoint more personal.

– Perform mid-funnel follow-ups after the Account Executive runs a demo — check in with prospects, answer questions, and keep the momentum going.

– Rebook missed demos by reaching out to prospects who didn’t show and getting them back on the calendar.

– Follow up with inbound leads who’ve shown interest through our website or marketing campaigns. Your job is to turn that interest into real conversations.

– Reconnect with old leads from the CRM and spark new conversations with prospects who showed interest in the past.

– Work closely with our sales team to make sure every qualified lead gets handed off smoothly.

– Keep our CRM organized and up to date. Every call, email, and note helps the team stay on top of the pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales experience required – At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer engagement, or lead generation
  • CRM knowledge required – Prior experience with Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools is a must

Sales caller Bilingual  Full Time

Schedule: 7am to 4pm PST

Salary: $900 to $1,000

Client’s Industry: Aesthetics / Elective Medical Procedures (Rhinoplasty, Botox, etc.) Client location: Central USA

Goal: To hire a proactive, English/Spanish bilingual assistant to drive surgeon recruitment for video interviews and manage the production pipeline from initial Instagram/email outreach, Assistant should schedule demos reach out to potential clients via email, calls.

Key Specific Tasks VA will do:

1. Multi-Channel Outreach

2. Lead Nurturing & Scheduling: Monitor responses to determine interest levels, handle objections (“tell me more”), and schedule 10-15 minute prep calls and recording sessions.

3. Production Pipeline Management: Coordinate with the marketing/video team to ensure clients sign release forms and assist in “hook” video distribution once content is ready to go live.
